Gardline Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to support the geotechnical survey and consultancy teams.

Job Description  

You will be responsible for quality control of geotechnical data, data processing, analysis, interpretation, and reporting. You will work closely to project managers and project engineers to ensure successful delivery of data during the field work. You will interact actively with the geotechnical field engineers and geotechnical laboratory team ensuring good communications and high-quality data acquisition.

Job Requirements 

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised BSc degree or equivalent in Geotechnics or civil engineering and will have experience working with geotechnical data, quality control and processing of CPT data along with good technical report writing skills and a good understanding of laboratory testing.

Knowledge of the software including gINT, ArcGIS, GlobalMapper is also preferable for this role. The candidate will also be familiar with GIS, Geodetics and basic map work.

This role is an office-based role working from our Great Yarmouth offices.
