75% of Boskalis shareholders elects stock dividend

Papendrecht, 11 June 2014 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that 75.12 percent of the shareholders have elected a stock dividend distributed in the form of ordinary shares. As a result, 2,672,757 new ordinary shares will be issued today. The admission of these shares to trading on Euronext Amsterdam is required under the rules of Euronext Rulebook Book I. The admission will take place today on 11 June 2014.  With the admission, the total number of the ordinary shares of Boskalis is 122,937,820. An information document as referred to in articles 5:3 sub d and 5:4 sub e of the Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) is simultaneously with this press release made available through the website of Boskalis (www.boskalis.com) and hence no obligation to publish a prospectus in connection with this admission exists.
