Routes to careers in marine surveying are varied and misunderstood. Through relationships with local and national education institutions, we provide young people with Apprenticeships, Internships, Cadetships and Work Experience, attracting the next generation of marine specialists to the industry. We also support adult learners who have military and STEM backgrounds, or transferable skills. Our Training & Competency Team is here to help you make your mark.

With the climate crisis escalating, there has never been a more important time to join Gardline. We provide marine survey services for some of the newest and largest offshore wind energy sites in the world, in turn, empowering our people and clients to facilitate the transformation to a more sustainable future.
