Gardline’s expertise has been applied to develop efficient innovative offshore sampling packages for a range of applications. Gardline owns and operates a wide range of systems from high quality deep water sampling systems through to vibrocorers, piston corers, box corers and grab samplers.
Where samples of the highest quality are required in soft soils, Gardline has developed the Deep Water Sampler (DWS) to achieve the best possible sample quality and maximise sample recovery. The DWS is capable of sampling up to 15m below the seabed.
We offer a fully integrated service, often from a single platform, providing a comprehensive report and dataset for multiple user requirements.
A selection of standard and high powered vibrocorers are available to suit a range of water depths, ground conditions and vessel deployment systems. The standard vibrocorer is ideal for acquiring cores in clay and medium dense sand, whilst the high-powered vibrocorer is ideal for obtaining good penetration in dense sand, gravel and stiff clay.
