In the period from 30 March up to and including 3 April, Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) repurchased own shares. The repurchases took place within the framework of the share buyback program announced on 15 March 2019.

As a consequence of the global developments related to the COVID-19 (corona) virus, Boskalis announced on 2 April 2020 that numerous measures were taken to focus on cash generation and preservation, including the suspending of the share buyback program as per the 3 April close of business. As per that date, 61,60% (EUR 61,2 million) of the program had been completed.
