The project involves the design, realization and financing as well as the 30-year maintenance of the existing and new infrastructure between intersection Diemen (A1) and Almere Havendreef (A6). Rijkswaterstaat expects to formally award the project by the end of November 2012 and SAAone expects to complete the financial close early 2013. The SAAone consortium consist of Boskalis, VolkerWessels, HOCHTIEF and DIF. The construction activities will be contracted by SAAone and executed by a construction consortium consisting of Boskalis (30%), VolkerWessels (35%) and HOCHTIEF (35%).
