Boskalis announces extraordinary shareholder meeting

Papendrecht, 29 November 2012 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday 10 January 2013 at 10:00 am CET. The meeting will take place at the offices of Boskalis at Rosmolenweg 20 in Papendrecht, the Netherlands. The agenda with explanatory notes will be available as from today, Thursday 29 November on the website www.boskalis.com. As from today it will also be available for inspection and copies will be available free of charge from the Company's offices. This is an English translation of the Dutch press release. In the event of any disparity between the Dutch original and this translation, the Dutch text will prevail.
