Boskalis shareholder meeting

Papendrecht, 6 July 2011 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday 17 August 2011 at 1.30 pm. The meeting will take place at the offices of Boskalis at Rosmolenweg 20 in Papendrecht, the Netherlands. The agenda with explanatory notes will be available from Wednesday 6 July on the website www.boskalis.com. From that same date it will also be available for inspection and copies will be available free of charge from the Company's offices.  This is an English translation of the Dutch press release. In the event of any disparity between the Dutch original and this translation, the Dutch text will prevail.
