Boskalis update on purchase of Dockwise shares

Papendrecht, 5 February 2013 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. ("Boskalis") announces that it has acquired 3,390 ordinary shares in Dockwise (the Shares) in the course of trading today. All these Shares were acquired through Euronext Amsterdam and were purchased at an average price of EUR 18.50 per Share with a maximum price of EUR 18.50 per Share (which equals NOK 137 as per today). Boskalis now holds at total of 15,935,144 Shares, representing approximately 40% of the Shares. Together with the irrevocable commitments obtained by Boskalis, more than 90% of the Shares is already acquired by, or committed to, Boskalis.
