Container vessel runs into trailing suction hopper dredger W.D. Fairway

Royal Boskalis Westminster nv announces that today at around 2.00 PM local time a container vessel ran into its trailer suction hopper dredger W.D. Fairway during dredging operations in Tianjin, China. There were no personal injuries. The vessel is currently stable and the crew is on board.

The cause of the collision and the level of damage are not yet known and are being investigated.
